Fostering

Since we are a foster based rescue, we need a large foster community to be able to get as many dogs as possible out of shelters and into FURever homes. There are many benifits to fostering. You would be helping to make the dog more 'adoptable'. Many dogs do not show well in social settings, being able to show who the dog is in a home enviroment can help them find the perfect home from them. It can be good for your whole family. Childern can benefit by introducing them responsibility, selflessness, and a way to educate about animals. You will experience the most rewarding feeling knowning that YOU helped save a dog. The pride and joy in seeing the dog thrive in your home and being able to send them to thier forever home is a special feeling that will making fostering your favorite hobby.

Walking Dogs

Dogs love taking walks, streching their legs and smelling all the things!

Socializing

Feel the weight of the world on you and just need to relax, spend some time in the puppy play pen!

Events

Only have a couple hours on a weekend? Hang out at an adoption event! Dog walkers, monitoring a puppy pen or become an adoption specialist by helping fill out paperwork or finding the right home for your favorite pup.

Cleaning

The center is always in need of a good clean. Keeping the place spotless is time consuming. Help in this area means more time the staff can focus attention on getting dogs adopted or working on special needs.

Grooming

Puppies get dirty! Baths, nail trimming and brushing; getting them cleaned up is a huge help to keep these little ones healthy and more appealing to adopters. Also, who can resist a cute puppy bath.
